What the book contains

The book details how yeast can harm the body system and lead to symptoms like redness, soreness and itching among others not normally associated with it. The book is a practical guide for creating delicious meals free of toxic substances in them. Following the methods outlined in the book not only helps in losing weight but also completely changes one's body chemistry so as to cure any yeast infections present and prevent future yeast infections.

Yep‚ that's what they told me when I was just 34 years old. My middle toe on my right foot had swollen to almost three times its normal size.It hurt tremendously to walk.
