Helped me treat my locked jaw due to a bad bite

For the first time in my life, I just had a so called locking jaw that felt like the lower jaw is catching when my jaw was opened. I can tell you this jaw lock was a terrible experience, and with this locked jaw I had to move the jaw from one side to the other in order to open the mouth wide. My doctor was urging me to try and and open my mouth until a popping, clicking sound is heard and felt, at which point the jaw should have unlocked.
I had this quite unfortunate “bad bite ” which caused this problem with my jaw joint, or the so called TMJ (temporomandibular joint). I was even considering surgery when I finally found this book. With its tips, aids and exercises I was able to heal my jaw locking and get rid tmj for now. Great treatment program, now my jaw clenching and clicking is gone. What a relief from tmj this is for me.
