My cat was a ‘sneaky-leaker’ and cost me $4289.19 in condo repairs…My wife and I moved into an apartment that a cat had lived in with the previous tenants. What we didn’t know at the time was that this cat had been peeing in the solarium.
Well, my cat was perfectly litter-trained but the scent of another cat’s urine in her “new domain” prompted her to try to mark her territory by peeing in the same spot.
