For anyone contemplating
For anyone contemplating buying this DON’T! This guide is advertised as complete but it is not! Many of the things listed are not included. Furthermore everything in this guide can be found for free elsewhere. All his videos are from YouTube of already free material or for the few that may be his own, free versions can be found from other people with just as good information. All his strategies can be found on sites like team liquid for free! All his tips can be found on forums! All his campaign and achievement guides can be found on IGN ALL FOR FREE. All this guy does is take all the free information and put it together and make you pay for it.
There is no pdf guide as advertised it’s all on his website, the campaign guide is not finished, nor is there a brutal guide and there is only 2 multiplayer guides up: one useless and one for a very specific 2v2 strategy. No 3v3, 4v4 member tournaments, or FFA guide! Not to mention the articles seem like they are written by a 3rd grader! Def not written in the highest quality as advertised. I guess it’s too much to ask for some proofreading for the money we pay, money that will not be refunded to you.
That’s right Shokz does not honor its 60 day refund policy. One he has your money it’s his! I asked for a refund a month after purchase and was responded to with an email saying it’s sent and will take 3-5 business days. Well it’s been a month and it’s still not here! All subsequent attempts to contact John Greenhoe have been ignored. Unfortunately I waited too long to dispute the payment with PayPal however I am in the process of disputing it with his bank.
Ohh and all those too good to be true reviews and testimonials linked to the main site? They are no good! The sites are all affiliates with him meaning when he gets money they get money. I posted a comment the other day on one and it was promptly deleted. Testimonials? Try to send one! They get sent to John as a message and he chooses which ones to put up (if the ones up are even real). I wrote up a critical comment on the Shokz Facebook page (not nearly as hard hitting as this) and he deleted it and reported me for harassment! This guide is simply garbage and full of lies. Beware!

Ya its a horrible guide the same crap happened to me, he said he'd refund it in 3-5 business days but its been almost 2 months and nothing has happened. ITS A SCAM DONT GET SWINDLED PEOPLE.
SHOKZ GUIDE IS A BIG SCAM!
I bought this guide hoping that it would help me elevate my game, it was an easy sell because of the testimonials and advertisements around the net and not to mention the so called 60 day money back gurantee John Greenhoe boast about. One thing I noticed is that there is no .pdf downloadable guide that was mentioned before I click the order button (it is a web based guide, very misleading). Aside from that there are only a handful of articles written. After a month there were only a few articles being added that were easily be found around the internet for free as what the reviewer above mentioned. The articles are poorly written and its not anymore applicable with the current meta and the older article written from the time of beta is still there!
So a month and a 15 days I decided to give John Greenhoe an email requesting for my money back as stated on the policy reasons are the outdated, poorly written articles that were not anymore applicable on the current meta game with the current patches which is very important and the frequency of uploading new guides on 2 months I noticed that only 4-5 articles were uploaded mostly non-relevant.
Well its been a month from now I haven't received any reply from John Greenhoe regarding the money back policy I wanted to avail. And just now (December 23, 2010) I checked in the website there has not been an update since the last time I visited it. Now tell me is this a scam or just mismanaged opportunity, Shokz Guide should be the most successful guide out there because of the amount of advertisement and good testimonials (though I believe those were fake ones). Its just I felt John Greenhoe should at least put time and effort to capitalize this but clearly he is just a epic fail...

When I saw the advertisement for "Shokz Complete Starcraft 2 Mastery Guide", I thought wow this is exactly what I need to step up my game from Intermediate to Expert (Diamond) level SC2. Of course I paid the $38.62 via the clickbank feature. When I got the login information, I was suprised to find a plain looking text-based website. A lot of the links were base on the single player SC2, not useful to me, as I have already solved the single player game. Quite a few of the links were greyed out, with "coming soon" beside, but wait I thought I paid for a COMPLETE guide?
Seriously I expected an in-depth analysis from almost every possible angle in the game, complete with VIDEO and GRAPHICS, instead I found a couple youtube (free) replays with a guy dicking around, half explaining what he is doing, but not really a model example of the strategy he is supposed to be demonstrating. There was a category asking the members to request future reviews of strategies. There were more strategies in this section, than the whole website combined.
It took me a grand total of 2 evenings to go though all the material, and me as an intermediate player, found only 2-3 tips I thought I could actually use in the game. I found more tips for free on youtube than I did on this website for $38 dollars. (CAN)
I have also requested a refund but have not recieved a response for 3 weeks now. Trying again.
