Scavenger Hunt Party Game

"Yes I did. It was last weekend and I got some compliments on it. I used some of your ideas and also incorporated some landmarks of the camp we were in and everyone seemed to have a good time.

We had a Scavenger hunt around our Scout camp. I incorporated finding things with facts about camp so the kids had to visit various areas of camp they may not usually visit. They seemed to have a good time with it. It wasn't the only activity - it was part of a full day of activities. I will be using your ideas for our Cub Scout summer camp as I am Camp Director. "

"I struggled for weeks on what to do for my daughter's 13th birthday party. It's a tough age. They don't want to be treated like kids and they don't want to do anything that might be considered "lame". With just a few minor modifications, I implemented your Scavenger Photo Challenge. I thought it would be safer and easier than a bunch of 13 year-olds "borrowing" items. Also, I liked the idea of having a permanent record of the party in the photos. Clearly, your planner was an excellent resource in preparing for this event. "

"It was great. Most enjoyable item was definitely best freebies from Selfridges make-up dept - they came back with bag loads! All opportunities for extra points were definitely taken up and therefore having a digital camera was great as we had the hen with groom and best men of another wedding party, the hen sitting in some ambassador's car, the team doing maypole dancing etc etc.

I was incredibly nervous about the whole thing, but it was a roaring success and turned out to be a thoroughly enjoyable day. The only thing I regret is that I couldn't really take part! With kind regards, "

"Hi Nikki, The Birthday Party was a great success! We had ten 13 year old girls have a pool party at a local hotel. They went racing around the mall on their scavenger hunt. They were very creative and surprised even me when neither team had any of the same objects. One team had an office member go on line to print out a picture of the Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz while the other team grabbed the Dorothy flyer from the lobby. For something yellow one team had a pen and they other went to subway and asked for yellow peppers. They were very respectful of the people in the Mall and made sure they showed them they scavenger hunt booklet. The people in the elevator were all saying Scavenger hunt what a great idea.

People were opening their purses to see what they could give them anything from band aids to hair binders. When each team was done they meet in the Lobby where the joined hands and sang happy birthday as loud as they could. Everyone in the Mall complex and the Hotel were laughing!
