I am completely unimpressed with this "service". I paid my $49.95, downloaded the software and tried to get the list ofavailable stations. The TV stations are 'crap'. There are 26 stations for "TubTub"!!! Are you kidding me??? What theheck is that? I tried ESPN & what I got was Nascar racing, with the same clips running over & over. There are NObroadcast network stations: ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, etc. The download comes with an "IronClad" 60 day warranty,promising a full refund for ANY reason. There is also a reference to customer service response time of 48 hours(but they usually respond in 24 hours, so it says). I have written to them 4 times, first on 8/31/11, and have yetto receive a response. I want my money back. I wrote a blog about this and have received numerous commentsabout their failure to respond. Apparently they do not count refund requests as customer service!!!! Anyway, Iwould give them NO stars and 2 thumbs down. WHY is this font so darn tiny??????
