This is a complete scam. The results to not match the advertisement. No names or address are returned in the search report. The final report looks nothing like the advertisement. Save your money and don't get scammed. Also, there is no way to contact this company. No phone numbers are provided.

This is a total con!!! The service does not work and there is no customer service contact number to call to get your money back. Do not get ripped off by these guys – they should not be in business!!!

I will never use this site again. I sent an email to customer service and never received a response. They stole my money.
False advertisement
It's a flat out lie - advertisement says they have a record, and you become a member and they reverse that statement. You pay for membership, then you have to pay additional for the report which they don't have. They never indicate that they don't have records until you're too late. I'm going to my friend at FBI see if he can do something.

This company is a complete scam. Stupid me did not do my research or I would have seen these reviews and known better. I paid 39.99 for a 1 year membership to reverse phone lookup and received 1 search that gave me a name and address. All other searches only give you the general location of the phone number account owner. No where does it tell you this in it's terms and conditions page. You can buy credits to do searches but eachy search uses 15 credits (15.00) I am going to report them to the BBB and contact my CC company to try and not pay. What a scam. This company is a total rip off!

You can try lots of numbers and they promise you results. BUT as soon as you become a member those records aren't available. My credit card charge will be reversed for sure. It takes a bit of time but they're not getting my money.
They also put a copy of the transaction receipt on your account profile and then they remove it a few days later. They don't send it to your E-mail address. They require the transaction receipt to answer any support or problems that you have. When you go looking for the transaction, it's long gone.
