Real and Healthy Chinese Cooking

Bought the recipe book and am quite disappointed. Poor presentation and photos are barely clear.
The recipebook looks more like a compilation of recipes put together in one, rather than originating from one author. It contains japanese, western & even singaporean & thai recipes, which are not chinese.
From the way the recipes are written,I do not think that it is written by the same person, because the style of cooking described varies so much. The same ingredient is also named differently across different recipes, which is unlikely if written by the same person.
I have also read the exact same product description of the above, raving about the book in many other websites, so its a copy and paste.
