This book called "Nightclub Promoter Handbook" has been written by a gentleman who is called Austin King. He has been a party promoter for more than a decade, a well known figure among party mongers in United States. He has travelled to a lot of places so he is well versed about the various aspects of party promotion, how this business runs and how a party can be made successful by assuring maximum participation of people. So, he is a person who understands this industry and is aware of the potential that has not been fully unfolded as yet. Austin have written this book based on his experience and knowledge that he had attained over a span of time and he intents this book to be a guide for people who aspire to be future entrepreneur in this field of party promotions.

The writer himself has " been there done that" and so he had heavily borrowed from his own encounters with people in order to give a brief explanation of how to build a right kind of network that is essential to be successful in this field. It is said that in order to become a successful entrepreneur in organizing big parties you need to learn from a mentor who can guide you all through and so Austin King can be that mentor. It talks about what kind of parties will generate decent amount of revenue and what parties will not; other things that are thoroughly but precisely discussed include: making a customer base and fan base, coming up with an assertive marketing plan and implementing it.

Negatives:

This book may not be well suited for people outside US as its approach ideally deals with likes and dislikes of party goers in US, thus it may fail to explain how you can benefit from it in catering to a foreign audience.
