By following the program, you'll see amazing results in 21 days or less. After that, as you continue to push yourself and your muscles you will never experience that plateauing effect.

    What Is Included With The Max21 Fat Burning Routine?

    The Max21 Fat Burning Program has been designed to walk you through day by day. Max21 is designed on a 2-day-on, 1-day-active-day-off routine with the weekends left for active days off.

    Active Days Off are days set aside to make a conscious effort to elevate your heart rate with enjoyable outdoor activities. I would prefer these days be spent hiking, bike riding or walking at a park with your family and/or friends. Now you've accomplished the exercise and have spent time with your loved ones. If need be, you can also perform your cardio workout on a treadmill or elliptical machine at the gym. If you have a different type of schedule, you can choose to have the 2-day active days off midweek.

    The Program is laid out with the following:

    • The first few pages will outline the entire 21 day plan in a visual manner.
    • The Daily Routine is then laid out and charted, to follow across each page.
    • You follow the routines, performing one set of each exercise across the page, with a short rest interval for each one.
    • Upon completion of the routine, rest for a slightly longer period and then perform the round a second time.

    The exercises can be easily done in the comfort of your home. Each one is clearly pictured and provided with descriptions of the movements involved. The primary muscle that is to be focused on is listed, along with the proper repetitions. A tip from Chris is provided with each exercise as well.

    Beginners can adjust the rest periods as needed. I highly recommend to slow down your pace if necessary to complete the 21 Day plan. Consistency is the most important part of this program. I have included alternative options to help with beginners. You will see your fitness level increase in no time.

    "How do you suggest I eat during my Max21 Program?

    I suggest you keep your meals simple by adding those nutritious foods you already enjoy. Following a meal plan will help keep you on track. I have included a bonus meal plan full of a variety of healthy eating options you will find to be very enjoyable. The best thing about the Max21 Eating Plan is its 'keep it simple' approach. In most eating plans, there are far too many rules with very little flexibility. These diets are very impractical and high maintenance!

    "What if I have limited time one day during my first 21 Days?"

    The program is designed to kick-start your metabolism by exercising frequently. When you are unable to get the planned workout in for the day, perform the 5 minute routine found in the included maintenance program!
