It does not cost a fortune and you do not need to use any drugs, chemicals or medications that can have any harmful side effects. It concentrates to cure its root cause and not only its symptoms; there are two videos included which are informative and demonstrate exercises needed to be practiced to cure back pain. This video is easy to follow so people can learn to implement these exercises for better results without harming themselves.
Negatives:
Methods mentioned in this book does include a lot of tedious work and one has to be very patient to get desired results, so it is not exactly a fast relief from pain as it seems to be.

Can regular exercise, chiropractor and massage therapy be effectual in the treatment of back pain? My friend is suffering from and consulted Dr. Spiaggia at Back Pain New Jersey, http://www.empowereddoctor.com/doctor_index_1194.html, he suggested the use of DRX9000c machine for decompression care for relief.
