My journey of finding IC cures

Not wanting to give up, I began my quest to find ways to help myself

I continued my treatment for my IC, and have tried pretty much all the standard interstitial cystitis therapies which you can find, from Elmiron, Probiotics, Atarax, Valium, DMSO instillations to the popular drugs like Ditropan, Detrol LA and Oxytrol patch. Sadly, most of these did not work successfully for me.

Then I began my search over the Internet to look for help on my IC problems.

Eventually I found a number of websites and forums where people from all walks of life were having the same suffering as mine.

I realized I was not alone in fighting this disease

From there I met a large number of people giving away their FREE information everything on treating the pain, relieving the urgency, their IC tool kit and hose of others

I literally went through *Every* single forum post, Message Boards and Blogs for interstitial cystitis sufferers there is to find about helping and curing my IC and spent countless hours trying to find out what’s working and what’s not

I’ve paid access to websites. I got list of possible treatment for my IC problem which were "Nothing new" but basically told me to take series of clinical drugs, hormone pills or pain killers

As much as I appreciate all the advice given by these people who called themselves “experts”, sadly, I didn’t find anything that actually worked.

I did try every single one of those “methods”, if not, most of them, but I just couldn’t get rid of the debilitating pain in my bladder

Here are the problems I’ve encountered while searching for free advice or buying books online

• Those “free” advice as advocated by some “experts” in the support forums are basically just free information obtained from somewhere else. These people are just finding some fast ways to gain reputation or trying to sell their Interstitial Cystitis products online
• Those advertisements as put up by some companies online claiming to treat your IC are nothing more than clinics trying to sell surgery packages or companies who are trying to sell supplements, bladder pills or cystitis medical solutions which are not clinically proven
• Some books on interstitial cystitis I bought from Amazon were nothing more than fillers that were intended to promote the authors’ own products online
• Most of the materials were outdated or lack substance. I’m surprised that one of the books I bought touted as having the ultimate interstitial cystitis cure but more than half the book was basically written on overview of what IC is, symptoms, diagnosis etc with no emphasis given on proper treatment
• Some “experts” from reputable forums gave questionable medical practices, recommending invasive operations or drugs that didn’t work. They even advised about controversial treatment like spinal surgery which is now rarely considered for interstitial cystitis
• Most diet books for IC use too many items or food recipes that patients can’t eat or are not IC-safe
• Some people made it so easy by few massaging techniques which can cure IC, but that is not so, as there is more to the healing process that what those people say.
• ....and the list goes on

With all the half-baked solutions floating around I’ve decided to do my own investigative work.

And after literally 4 years of trial and error into natural treatment as well as home remedies for my interstitial cystitis, I finally found several methods which have successfully helped me to relief those burning and painful discomfort in urinating.

I have yet to see the pain popping up again ever since, even until now.

In fact, the benefits I received from using these natural herbs for interstitial cystitis treatment FAR outweigh the benefits I received from those popular drugs and pain killers.

Even better still, I didn’t have to go through the complications again arising from my previous surgery.

Finally I've reclaimed the life which I've thought I've lost!

Nowadays I no longer worry about having terrible frequency while traveling. I’ve been able to relax and enjoy my sleep every night before heading off for another fruitful day working. I know this sounds far fetch. But I truly feel that there is hope for you and everyone else out there with this disease to improve.

It might take some effort and time but at the end of the day it will worth every amount of your effort because the final result is getting your life back after those many years of suffering.
