I started searching for more information, and began providing tips and recommendations to acquaintances and friends. The result was stunning! The homes were sold faster and (more importantly) with more profit than expected!
At first I did not plan on writing down my experiences with house sales advice. But eventually I did, since the collection of the information contained so much useful advice. Furthermore I received many positive responses. All this made me decide to bundle the information into a book.

“Brokers Have No Interest In Selling Your House To The Highest Offer”
The thing that shocks me the most is that brokers do want to sell your house, however do not want to sell against a 100% effort. In other words, because they do not know better by not receiving any extra profit on selling the house for the highest offer they can get. Therefore the motivation of brokers is not what is should be. In fact the only thing what brokers do think of, is to advice you to decrease the selling-price of your house! This should not happen and will cost you money! There are many other possibilities.
“Brokers Are Almost Always Men And Have No Comprehension Of Presenting A House”
Brokers have less knowledge about how to present a house. It appears that men fulfill the role as brokers often nowadays. According to my experience men mainly have a technical approach when it comes to business and have few knowledge about how to really present a house strong and characteristic.
Details and sphere are often left out as important markers for selling a house. In 90% of the cases, the woman decides if a house is worth to look at!
This means that when a house is not presented well enough, less potential buyers come by to have a look, which obviously means even less chance to actually sell the house to a buyer!
