    What's different with this book?

    If you are wondering what makes recipes in this collection different from those you could find in other recipe books, consider the following:

    • Most of the recipes found in this compilation contains lots of whole foods ingredients. And we all know that whole foods are good for us!
    • The recipes are designed to be soy-free, which means they don't call for overly processed soy products like tofu and tempeh. On the other hand, if you like tofu, you can still use it in some recipes as an optional (not main) ingredient.
    • Most recipes are gluten-free or easily can be made gluten-free. That's a really valuable thing for those of you who are gluten-sensitive and on a gluten-free diet.
    • The recipes are simple and easy-to-make! Even if you are not an experienced chef, you can still make them look and taste good.
    • To make almost every recipe, you will only need a cutting board and simple cookware like pots and pans. No special or expensive equipment required!
    • The recipes are clearly explained and use easy-to-find ingredients. They don't call for some exotic spices or seasonings that you can only find in certain countries.
    • I only chose my best recipes, the ones I make over and over again! It's not about the quantity, it's the quality that counts. I firmly believe that you don't need 200 recipes to sustain yourself on a vegan diet and to be well-nourished. That's why I kept only my best recipes, and I am offering you what you are truly looking for: recipes you'll enjoy and use over and over again.
    • The recipes in this collection have been all tested with precise measurements and the right amounts to make sure you'll succeed each time. Of course, if you are on a salt-free diet, you can always adapt recipes to your own needs by removing the sea salt from them.
    • Most recipes are relatively low in fat. I say "relatively", because they still use some oils in them, therefore, they are not completely fat-free. However, I will gladly share with you my secret cooking method that you can use to considerably reduce the amount of oil required for cooking/sautéing.
    • The recipes in this book are healthy and easy to digest. And they still make hearty and satisfying meals! I follow proper food combining rules in almost every recipe. They are designed with my knowledge as a Nutritional Consultant (I am currently a student).
    • As an added bonus, all recipes have nutritional information calculated for your convenience.
