S & B Geothermal in Minneapolis
Submitted by Dale Howey (not verified) on
Econair installed heat pump more than doubled the energy bills from a gas forced air at my location, a friends house and a known Senator. They are not honoring their warranty to date after 4 months of complaining and documenting the excessive energy use by this Minnesota made system. It cost me 800 dollars in a 2 month period that typically is no more than 400 for the same period over the last 3 years. Taking into account the drop in gas prices and the any shift in electric costs does not translate into a 200 percent increase in energy costs. It has to be the system and I am getting no response in customer support from the company.
