Don't purchase this product. For xbox 360 it needs to open up your DVD drive which shall be used for making back up copies and technique involves health hazard due to open proximity to unprotected laser of DVD reader/writer as well as electrical shocks.
Your xbox live account shall be banned from using such copies.
Prima facie googling also shows that DVD copy software in the package belongs to some other developer and is available as freeware.
Refund rate is low because on pretext of customer service your refund requests shall always be changed to tech support by this fraud person. Otherwise also Tech Support is zero even if you pay for it.
I had to take up issue with paypal and clickbank directly to get my refund.

This is a scam... The software you're enticed to download does nothing...They are charging you for information that's available for free on the net....

I have my reasons but this is just another ripoff of Game Copy Pro which was also a scam. There is NO software that will copy any console games whether it be XBOX, PS3 or whatever. They just will take your money and run with it.

I have watched the YouTube presentation about this scam – and it *IS* very much a scam!
What you get isn’t DVD Decrypter (this is also free too!) but you get ImgBurn software instead which has been renamed. It’s usually version 2.4.2.0 or maybe 2.4.4.0 and this software is distrubuted FREE by the author and he is fully aware that these scammers are illegally SELLING a product without license.
You don’t need the other crap they are marketing along with it – there are loads of tutorials on the web for ImgBurn all for free.
The program is simple and easy to use and its easy enough for a 6yo to use – so it’s a no-brainer.
These guys are claiming it cracks or gets around every protection on the market for all the consoles. It very plainly doesn’t as most of those on other web pages have testified – except for some who obviously works for the scammers. ImgBurn blatantly says up-front that it DOES NOT and WILL NOT break ANY copy protection!!
So, in essence, they are not only illegally selling free software without a license to do so but are making very false claims as to what it can do.
If you happen to get the DVD Decrypter version (which is also distributed for FREE by the authors), it WILL bypass a lot of movie protection but it does NOT break game copy-protection. It also cannot read most of the PS3 & XBOX discs even if you buy a Blue-Ray reader/writer – PC’s can’t read most of these formats no matter what OS you’re running. And… DVD Decrypter *WON’T* read a CD from PS1/PS2 game discs (or even most PC game CD’s) because it complains that it’s the WRONG medium to copy (it wants a DVD, not a CD!!).
Having been fortunate enough to have the latest versions of ImgBurn AND DVD Decrypter (for free) I can assure you I’ve tried hundreds of PS1, PS2, PS3 & Wii games and even if it makes a good copy (with no errors & verifies the copy 100%) THEY DO NOT PLAY ON THE CONSOLES WITHOUT A MOD OR SPECIAL BOOT DISC!!
As many have said in many forums & review pages across the web - the low refunds appear to be a result of ignoring customers or passing refunds as non-existant 'Tech requests'!
All the software they are selling belongs to other authors and they have NO rights or license to sell it.
All the help and manuals offered are very poorly presented and is available legally for FREE on the web.
In conclusion —— it’s a really clever sales pitch but IT IS DEFINITELY A SCAM and you should steer well clear of it!!
This Is Not A Scam - Its Perfect For Us Simple Folk.
I am not computer literate but I love my games and I did buy Game Copy Wizard and it works just fine. I even showed it to my neighbour's kid and he uses it just fine. I do not understand why you all say its a scam because for us simple folk its just what we need. Something simple and not complicated. You all seem to be very computer literate so this program is probably not for you, but please do not spoil it for us simple folk.
