Who wrote it:
This book is written by Karen Sessions, who is also known as MsFit, she is the winner of multiple figure competitions and had also taken part in several such nationwide events of importance where she had emerged victorious. She was diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa as a child so she started weight training after that in order to be healthy and get a better physique then what she possessed. She was often made fun of as a child for being short and skinny and that is why when she grew up she was determined to change the way the world looks at her. After years of physical training, she was able to achieve a strong and stout body. After that she decided to participate in body building and figure competitions, and for those competitions she had to follow a balanced diet and a routine of various exercises that will eventually help her in building the body needed to win such competitions. It was a daunting task that she was able to accomplish at last and so she decided to enlighten others about the opportunities that figure competitions provide and so she wrote a book that mentions are expertise in this genre and all the techniques that she had used to achieve her desired goal.

The book gives us various exercises, correct diet plan and various kinds of equipment one needs to use to build muscles and get a desirable body in order to win figure competitions. In this book you will find the detailed diet secrets of Karen Sessions and she has explained all the dos and dont's involved in following a diet which is right and will speed up any process of body building. The book is purely competition driven and tells you the art of winning the competition with the help of the right exercises and a diet plan. Even if you are not into such competitions, you can still learn the art of body building and how to eat right to get a good and healthy body that will the cause of envy for many people. All the aspects of a figure or body building competition are covered in this book and so the book also talks about the right make-up, the dress to wear and what to eat and how much to eat on the day of the competition.

This book tells you that it's no rocket science and so anyone who is determined to do it will be able to accomplish it without much ado. Since Karen Sessions had spent a lot of time in body building and possess more than 20 years of experience in this field, this book can be regarded as very credible compared to others available.
Negatives:
It does not give us a proper idea as to how one can be ahead of the competitors in order to win such a competition where many people will be participating.
