Product Description
Fat Loss 4 Idiots was developed by a company called "Internet Made Simple" and is a great rule based, myth busting weight loss program. It comes with guidebooks that explain to you in a down to earth fashion what you need to do exactly to get rid of those extra pounds. It caters for two types of people with 2 different guidebooks, one for the more casual dieter that just wants regular guidelines they can follow in their everyday lives, and one for the hardcore methodical dieter with step by step exact plans.
Dieting Basis
The dieting method builds on the concept of alternating carb and protein foods throughout the week, and it hammers it in your head which type of food belongs to which group. Hint, carb foods are fruits and protein foods are poultry and related products like milk. I really enjoyed this approach, as they tell you which type of food you should eat, and to pay attention to your own emotions during eating and when to stop. Unlike other diets which instruct to eat 4000 calories per day. OK :) I always disliked this approach, as neither do I have time to calculate those cals per meal, nor do I feel an eating plan should be tailored with such a math based approach. This book centers on you and your feeling, and I believe it is the best solution you could have for your dieting needs.
