Although this program is packed with good, useful information, it's a rip-off of Michael Geary's "The Truth About Abs" book, almost word for word!! I have both, and it seems that this author has stolen this info. Anyway, for $39.00 you can get this book that "Reveals the secrets" of losing body fat as weight training in circuit intervals, eating whole foods and drinking water. Geary's book does have more scientific information but both explain how the body metabolizes food and why fresh veggies, fruits, whole grains and pure water are better for your body than fast food, processed supermarket food and sugars. There are some good tips for weight training and eating 5-6 meals a day for those that are really clueless, but most of this info can be found for free on the internet. To be sure, this is a good program for those that really need it.
