    The majority of people with Crohn's are told to eat large quantities of simple carbohydrates. These carbohydrates are suggested in the form of: potatoes, rice, cereals, toast, or pastas. However, there are 2 major problems with eating in this manner. The first problem is that these foods are actually HIGH RESIDUE foods.
