Most of them claim to work by the same principle: By “stretching” your penis forcefully and forcing the cells to multiply over time. Not only is there no scientific evidence that stretching a body part can cause cell division… the extension kit looked like an ancient torture chamber device! It was embarrassing to use and I had to stretch my penis in one for hours on end! Not exactly comfortable or discreet.These devices also apply large amounts of force on your private parts… You can be easily injured even if you follow the instructions.
- Hanging Weights From Your Penis – Another “popular” method is to hang heavy weights from your penis for 20 to 30 minutes each time. This method causes serious strain on your perineal muscles and can result in pain, bruises or permanent damage. Your penis is just NOT designed to be used this way!
- Vacuum Pumps – Beware when using vacuum pumps! These have been known to result in swollen or even bleeding from ruptured / burst blood vessels. The changes I experienced from using vacuum pumps were temporary… due to a swelling in size of my blood vessels!
