Life Changing E-Book!
I simply want to share my perspective. Coming from a former anorexic/bulimic mindset, I have to say, this book from Erika's perspective hit home in sooooooo many regards. I once thought I had lost my mind but to actually be able to now put all of the pieces together as Erika does in her book makes me wish even more that this book would have been written 8 years ago when I was battling recovery each and every day. Her book is quite compelling yet still written in a fashion that is very relatable. I would recommend this book to all as a must read.
