    There is a lot of confusion surrounding our field. I want to give you 4 criteria or elements you absolutely, positively must have in any Probate Real Estate books you buy:

    Make sure you are getting the complete package. Many books only give you a "teaser" strategy, requiring you to buy more and more. My Probate book is all you need.

    Be certain what you are buying will give you free support to answer questions you might have. I give you 30 days free e-mail support.

    Be certain what you are buying gives you the very most important part, "the letter to the Personal Representative." This is a MUST. Many authors require you to buy it extra. I include the exact one I use.

    Be certain you have at least a 30 day money back guarantee. I give you triple that - 90 days.

    You get at least 10 times your money's worth!

    OK. Let's talk about price. I am going to use some cold hard numbers to show you how I arrived at the price for the book. Let's assume that I can only make one deal per month and I can only make $10,000 on that deal. Since I average 2-4 hours of work per day, let's also assume I have to work 80 hours to make this deal come together. (That's way, way more than I put in but in the beginning it will take you longer than I take, so let's be conservative.) If we divide $10,000 by 80 hours, we get $125/hour. So let's say you gave me a call and said, "Ron, I want you to show me all about investing in Probate Real Estate and I'm going to fly out to where you live and spend 3 days with you so you can teach me." Since we already know I can make a minimum of $125/hour if I work my own system, I'd have to charge you at least $125/hour or I would be losing money, Right? So if I took you to the court house, took you to a couple of title companies, personally instructed you for a couple of days, answered all your questions and sent you on your merry way, I'd have to charge you a minimum of $3,000 ($125 per hour times 8 hours times three days equals$3000) or I'd be an absolute idiot. Plus, you would have to pay your airfare from where ever you live and your expenses while you were here.

    So I wouldn't be exaggerating if I put your training cost somewhere between $4,000 and $5,000. To be conservative so I don't look like I'm exaggerating, let's use the lower figure, $4,000. However, if I told you will probably make somewhere between $6,000 and $10,000 on your very first deal, most people would agree, that would be great value.

    But guess what? I can't afford to train one person at a time. It costs me money over what I can make using my system daily.

    But what I can do is train a lot of people at one time and that's what my e-book can do for you!
